How to treat a personality disorder

If you think you have a personality type disorder, the experts at the University of Edinburgh are warning against the use of a self-massaging device or massage.

They say it can damage the tissue and cause psychological damage, and is not helpful if you are not ready to talk about it.

Personality disorder is the condition of having a personality which differs from the norm.

This can be a lack of communication or a difficulty in socialising.

For example, a person who has a personality with a high self-esteem, or a lack or difficulty in dealing with emotions, could be more likely to develop personality disorder.

People who have personality disorder are at greater risk of developing other mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety disorders and schizophrenia.

If you think someone you know has a problem with personality disorder, or if you think it is something you can do, you should see your GP.

They can help you to get the help you need.
